2012 Grandmaster Test in Los Angeles

The Chinese Shao-Lin Center Los Angeles invites all eligible students to test in front of the Grandmaster on the evening before the 2012 Grandmaster The’ Festival – Yang Tai Chi Tao

Friday, March 2nd, 7-10pm
Brown belt pre-test evaluations will be conducted at your local Chinese Shao-Lin Center on Thursday, February 18th, from 1:00-3:00pm.

Location

The testing and festival will be at the Chinese Shao-Lin Center Los Angeles.

For those visiting from out of town, there are plenty of great hotels and restaurants near the school.

Fees

Please check the Training Manual or talk to your Head Instructor about the fees for your testing. All test fees must be paid before the test.

Requirements

Please wear your complete uniform (pressed) , including all patches, and bring all necessary weapons and sparring equipment.

For test panel members, please bring a clipboard and pen. Panel members who are 1st Black Belts should wear their white top with black pants. All others should wear their black tops with black pants.

  • All lower belt material
  • All 14 brown belt forms
  • San He Ch’ien
  • Single and double nunchaku form
  • Two-person staff set

2ND BROWN BELT TO 1ST BROWN BELT

  • History and background written test
  • All lower belt material
  • 9 Brown Belt Forms
  • San He Ch’ien

3RD BROWN BELT TO 2ND BROWN BELT

  • History and background written test
  • All lower belt material
  • 4 Brown Belt Forms
  • San He Ch’ien

WHITE, YELLOW, BLUE, AND GREEN BELTS
